Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to FlexiBazar Quick Grocery. We strive to provide fresh products and fast delivery services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on FlexiBazar.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of grocery and perishable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Expired product delivered
  • Missing item in the order

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen items
  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care products
  • Products damaged after delivery

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3-7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Wallet/Bank account (if applicable)

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.


4. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from the store.

After Dispatch

Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.


5. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced based on product availability instead of refund.


6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Unreachable phone number

FlexiBazar reserves the right to cancel the order.
